Whit Harvey - A Baltimore native who began his career in Real Estate in 1982, Whit has been recognized both locally and nationally as one of the area's top agents. His expertise extends from the finest neighborhoods in Baltimore City to the rolling countryside of northern Baltimore County. Nina Boykin Tracey - Born and raised in Baltimore, Nina began her real estate career with O'Connor, Piper and Flynn in 1985. Nina has experience selling real estate in different markets, including Richmond, Virginia and metropolitan Washington D.C. She recently merged her own group - Tracey and Company - with the Whit Harvey Group, to better serve the interests of their clients and provide them with the benefit of her twenty-two years of experience.

 

 

   Maureen Lalley - is an experienced realtor who applies the principles and skills from her background in Banking and Commercial Marketing to the real estate market. She has been a consistent Million Dollar producer in her eight years at Coldwell Banker. Maureen lives in the Ruxton area of Baltimore County, and has been active in the community as a volunteer with The Maryland Mentoring Partnership.  

 

  


Nick Hollick 
Nick Hollick is a Baltimore native who has grown up in the real estate industry. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2001, Nick has not only assisted numerous first time homebuyer's and seller's with their real estate needs but has also supervised the construction of several hundred new homes in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Now a member of the Whit Harvey Group, Nick is excited to bring his comprehensive knowledge and experience to the team. In addition to his real estate expertise, Nick is a former NCAA Division I wrestler for UNC-Greensboro,  an assistant wrestling coach at Loyola High School, his alma mater, and can frequently be found teaching the finer points of the sport to the young men at Loyola www.loyolawrestling.com . He is also actively involved with the Towson University Lambda Chi Alpha Alumni Association. He has assisted the chapter there to get re-chartered, served as the association president and actively mentor's many of the chapter's officers. Most recently, Nick has become involved with The Maryland Special Olympics Polar Bear Plunge www.plungemd.com . Plunging with a group called "Logan's Hero's", he helped the team raise nearly $50,000 for this year's event. 

                      

Kate Cahouet - Kate Cahouet is a native of Garden City, NY and relocated to Baltimore 3 years ago with her husband and two daughters. Through her own experience, Kate understands the unique needs of a relocation buyer. Kate brings six years of real estate knowledge and experience to the group. She is a 1994 graduate of the Villanova University School of Nursing who is skilled at assessing the needs of her clients whether buying or selling a property.
