We are practicing social distancing, which means we will try to keep at least 6 feet apart from others. We won't greet you with a handshake or hug during this threat.
Before handling documents, we will make sure that our hands are either washed or sanitized, and ask that our clients do the same.
In order to protect our clients' properties, our home office has sent detailed instructions to all agents: Avoid touching countertops or opening drawers. Leave the lights as you found them. Avoid using toilets. Clean hands before and after touring. Wipe door handles upon leaving a room. Take any dirty wipes, trash, or gloves with you. Someone from our team will be at all of our listing showings to make sure that the same protocols are followed by agents bringing buyers.
